Before bidding technical parameters STC and other documents will be completed by OEM
Billing willl be generated by deemed OEM
Goods will be delivered to buyer by OEM as per purchase order(PO) terms and conditions
Payment will be made by deemed OEM to OEM after goods receipt note from Buyer
Contract Between OEM & Deemed OEM for commercial Terms.
